Refund Policy

If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund of that purchase within 14 days of the transaction date. We refund the full amount paid, including tax, to your original payment method.

If you have used part of a pack, we refund on a pro-rata basis for the credits still unused at the time of the request, provided the request is made within the same 14-day window.

A credit is consumed the moment a preview is generated. Because each generation delivers digital content immediately and incurs real AI processing cost, consumed credits cannot be refunded.

EU right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. By generating a preview you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits consumed by that generation. Your withdrawal right remains fully intact for any credits you have not yet used.

Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome of a generated preview is not a ground for refund. Previews are AI simulations, and results vary — see the medical disclaimer in our Terms of Service.

If a generation fails because of an error on our side — a model error, a rejected request, a timeout or a service outage — the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

If you notice a failed generation where the credit was not returned, email us and we will restore it.

• •Duplicate charges. If you were billed twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate in full regardless of credit usage.
• •Unauthorised charges. Contact us before opening a chargeback. We investigate promptly and refund confirmed unauthorised transactions in full.
• •Chargebacks. A chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is resolved.

Promotional and free trial credits carry no monetary value and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Email info_beforeandafter.io with the email address on your account, the approximate date and amount of the purchase, and the reason for the request.

• •We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
• •Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• •Your bank or card issuer typically posts the refund within 5–10 business days after we issue it.
• •Refunded credits are removed from your balance at the time the refund is issued.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Where local law grants you stronger rights than those described here, those rights apply.
